I was very fortunate at the age of 16, straight from school, to land a job as a trainee with an Art Studio based in Covent Garden London.

After 3 years, I was fully trained as a Commercial Artist working with well known advertising agencies and brand names.

It was then time to spread my wings and joined other Art Studios.

At the age of 30, I decided to become freelance and worked with book publishers designing and illustrating covers and content. It was great to see my name in print in the ‘thank you’ notes.

Now retired, I still dabble with art working in different mediums and styles but my favourite is acrylic and abstract.
